Refund Policy

1.Full Refund Within 14 Days of Your First Purchase

Within 14 days of your first purchase of a paid plan, you may request a full refund without giving a reason, provided that your usage for the current period does not exceed 20% of that plan's monthly quota.

Each account is eligible for this refund only once.

2.Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. Renewal periods are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel and have not used any quota in the current period since renewal, you may contact us within 7 days of renewal, and we will consider your request at our discretion.

3.Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, it will not renew, and you may continue using your paid plan's quota until the end of the current period. Your account will then automatically switch to the free plan.

4.Other Refund-Eligible Circumstances

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances, even if more than 14 days have passed:

• Duplicate charges or an incorrect charge amount;
• If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to causes attributable to us and this affects your normal use, we will issue a refund prorated to the duration of the disruption.

5.When Refunds Are Not Available

Fees paid are nonrefundable if your account is suspended or terminated for violating Terms of Service.

6.How to Request a Refund

Please email support@glanceshot.com from your registered email address and include your account email address, order number (found on your payment receipt), and reason for requesting a refund. We will respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Creem, and returned to your original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7.Statutory Rights

If the laws where you reside grant consumers additional cancellation or refund rights, those laws prevail. Paid subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that the service will begin immediately and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right to cancel, but does not affect your 14-day refund right under this policy.
